Chaplain Recruitment We're looking for talented chaplain to join us at The House

We want to create a community of people who are invested in creating a fair and equal society.

We believe that gaining and maintaining employment is instrumental to independence and security, and that in a society where there is disconnect, it’s important to create environments where people feel connected. So, we created an Employment Academy that’s integrated into the heart of a social business, our members’ club.

We wish to appoint an Anglican Chaplain in support of our mission, to ensure that people prosper in paid employment.

Working in a diverse and inclusive environment you will provide pastoral care as needed, lead on our community organising work and find new and exciting ways to use our chapel in pursuit of social justice.

The House has existed since 1846. It’s from these origins we’ve inherited our Grade 1 listed building, and the consecrated chapel from which we take our name. That’s quite a legacy to build on.
