Mentoring has been motivating, enlightening and has made me feel proud”
Our mentors come from all walks of life. We ask for a commitment of 12 months and the availability to meet with your mentee for at least 4 hours per month in the first 6 months.
This is not a traditional, professional mentoring role that requires the mentor and mentee to share a similar set of knowledge and experiences. Instead, our mentors build relationships structured around interpersonal skills and communication.
Graduates will have experienced, or will be experiencing, homelessness, but are actively seeking paid employment. The support that they receive from their mentors is invaluable and has a positive impact on their lives.
Voluntary mentors support our graduates on their journey to lasting work
Due to high interest, new applications for mentoring will be accepted from February - please check back then for more information on how to apply.
Our relationship has been absolutely life changing”
