Our Academy participants and graduates are at the heart of all we do.

The journey starts with a 12-week Employment Programme and continues with 12 months of mentoring and ongoing support from the Academy team.

We’re building a network of hardworking talented individuals who are ready to thrive in work. Skill training includes the opportunity to gain accredited City & Guilds qualifications in Hospitality or Business and Administration.

We currently support 60 people on their journey back to independence and our vision is to support at least 100 people every year.
