Barby Asante in Conversation - The artist talks back

A chance to hear Art Social ’14 commissioned artist Barby Asante in conversation with Emily Druiff, Executive Director of Peckham Platform, discussing Barby’s practice, and her collaboration with musician and DJ Tony Nwachukwu, in response to this year’s festival.

Barby Asante & Tony Nwachkwu’s new work poses the question“what are the ideas and ideals that attract people to a‘hopeful’ city like London?” In the process they have invited young Londoners to share, explore and question their ideas,ideals and hopes for their city.
