The Collective, our contemporary art programme, consists of rotating exhibitions and a permanent collection.

Through The House of St Barnabas’ spirit of collaboration and commitment to nurturing talent, we invite artists, galleries and curators to either permanently donate or loan works to the club. We show a range of work, including pieces by Damien Hirst, The Chapman Brothers, Tracey Emin, Roxy Walsh and Tom Gallant.

Our monthly tours are a great way for you to see our collection.

We are excited to announce we have collaborated with M&C Saatchi London and Fontsmith to create Lost & Foundry, a unique collection of 7 typefaces based on the disappearing signs of Soho. By re-imaging the signage as complete fonts, we have breathed new life into them and rescued this rich visual history from the streets of Soho by putting them into a contemporary context.

The fonts have inspired seven original artworks from seven UK-based artists and designers famed for their use of typography. Each artist has used a different font from the collection. The artists contributing are Morag Myerscough, Anthony Burrill, Steven Wilson, Dangerous Minds, Smile, Supermundane and I love dust.
